Quick Healthy Chicken Recipe: Honey Lemon Chicken From The Diet Solution Program – Review

Finding quick and easy recipes is challenging for all of us. We’re all trying to eat healthfully and tend to think that cooking takes too much time. Here’s the Honey Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
■4 tbsp fresh lemon juice (avoid the packaged lemon juice squeeze your own)
■2 tbsp raw honey
■2 tbsp organic butter or coconut oil (best for cooking)
■1 tsp
==>> rosemary
■1 tsp oregano
■3 cloves of garlic, minced
■sea salt and pepper to taste
■2 chicken breasts

Instructions

1.mix all ingredients together and pour half in a baking pan
2.place chicken breasts in the pan and poke with fork a few times. Pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken and let marinade for 1-2 hours.
3.Cook chicken at 375 degrees F and cook for 20-30 minutes with an internal temperature of 160-180 degrees F or until the center is no longer pink.
4.*Tip- pound chicken breasts. This will make the chicken cook evenly and will take less time to cook.

Sugar: 16
Protein: 26
