Now, over the last week I’ve been talking to you about how Jesse Cannone teaches us that food and diet has a profound influence on your pain and how you feel. The kind of food you eat every day specifically influences how much chronic pain you have in your body.

Most everything I know about the connection between chronic pain, diet, and muscle imbalance I have learned from Jesse Cannon’s book:
The 7 Day Back Pain Cure

BTW, I just used Jesse Cannone’s 7 Day Back Pain Cure to heal my recent knee flare up.

Today I want to answer a very important reader question:

“Kathy, are you saying that the food I eat is causing my fibromyalgia, and my daughter’s chronic back pain?”

“That seems a little weird?!”

Listen, that old saying “you are what you eat” is not a joke…

Ignore this at your own peril.

Did you know that certain common destructive foods cause tons of weight gain, and contribute to your chronic pain?

In the break through book, 7 Day Back Pain Cure, Jesse Cannon spends Chapter 8 clearly and thoroughly discussing this…

I know it may sound a bit strange or “weird” as this reader put it, but the foods you and I eat or don’t eat can have a direct effect on whether or not your pain will get better or worse.

All the experts I learn from (including Dr Oz and Jesse Cannone) tell us that this is because certain foods will promote “internal inflammation” in the body while other foods will simply cool and eliminate inflammation.

Inflammation? What does that have to do with pain?

A lot!

Here we’re specifically talking about internal inflammation.

Internal inflammation is a lot like external inflammation, but you can’t see it, so it is not as obvious to us.

But, do not ignore this!

Experts like Jesse Cannone and Dr Oz tell us that internal inflammation is the cause of all chronic diseases.

Whoo – this is huge…

For instance, did you know that pain and allergies are definite signs of internal inflammation and you need to find a way to stop it!

(although well-known celebrity docs like Dr Oz highlights internal inflammation on his show, (excellent work doc!) your family doc will likely not have a clue!

Medical professionals have been so accustomed to just prescribing surgery or pain medications to alleviate chronic pain. Very few guide their patients to natural solutions to pain relief.

But I have seen these natural solutions work in my life, and in those of my readers who follow my advice.

People eliminate inflammatory foods like wheat, dairy and sugar, and voilà

…Back pain gone in a few weeks.

Want to try this approach?

Okay – let’s talk about what foods you need to avoid and which foods you need to eat to control and prevent back pain or any kind of chronic pain.

Foods to avoid to control and eliminate inflammation (i.e. inflammatory foods):

  • Sugar, from any source (except fruit)
  • Processed foods (most packaged items found in grocery store middle aisles)
  • French Fries (worst possible fast food because of rancid oil and transfats)
  • Other Fast Foods
  • White or Wheat bread
  • Pasta (except maybe gluten free if there is such a thing)
  • Regular store-bought Ice Cream
  • Cheddar Cheeses
  • Snack Foods (even with so-called healthy package claims)
  • Oils such as vegetable and corn
  • Soda, caffeine and alcohol

Foods to eat to control and eliminate inflammation (i.e. anti-inflammatory foods):

  • Alaskan Salmon (wild)
  • Fresh whole (organic) fruits
  • Bright multi-colored vegetables
  • Green tea
  • Water (filtered)
  • Olive oil (good quality)
  • Lean poultry (free range)
  • Raw Nuts, legumes and raw seeds
  • Old fashioned oatmeal (steel cut)

First: If you are one of the millions of people suffering from back pain or other chronic pain conditions, I highly recommend taking a look at the foods you’re currently eating and replace any inflammatory foods with a good dose of anti-inflammatory foods.

Second: I highly recommend grabbing a complimentary copy of Jesse Cannone’s The 7-Day Back Pain Cure.

Jesse is recognized as one of the leading back pain relief experts in the world and right now he is giving away copies of his incredible book.

It’s not an eBook or anything like that… it’s a real book and it’s for sale on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble, but don’t go buy it there…

… because if you go to his website you can get a free copy!

You just pay a small shipping fee…

Plus, a portion of your shipping fee is donated to a charity of your choice.

Jesse has already donated thousands of dollars via The 7 Day Back Pain Cure.
