Fat Loss Dessert: No Bake Chocolate-Strawberry Cake

No Bake Chocolate-Strawberry Cake:
Makes 1, 8-9 inch cake/pie

Ingredients
– 2 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
– 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1 1/2 cup cashews
– 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil, liquefied
– 2 pinches of stevia (or to taste)
– Pinch of sea salt
– 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk

Directions
Soak cashews in a bowl of water for 5 -8 hours
After soaking, drain cashews
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy (may take some patience and some occasional stirring unless you have a very strong blender)
Pour into an 8 or 9 inch pie or cake pan – I used a foil pie pan and this made getting the cake out very easy as I just peeled the foil away and dumped the whole thing onto a plate to cut and serve
Freeze overnight
Transfer to fridge for 30 minutes – 1 hour before serving
Serve cold with your favorite toppings
