Confession Time

Okay, I’m just going to say it.

My family has converted.

We went all in and switched to a whole-food, plant-based way of eating.

This means no eggs, chicken, fish, and of course, no red meat.

Frankly, I never thought we’d go down this particular nutritional path.

But, things have changed.

It all happened about two months ago…

Now, we absolutely love eating this way.

So, from here on out, when it comes to healthy eating, I’d like to share recipes, and how our health is evolving, etc.

You do not have to adopt this way of eating.

Of course not.

But, if you become inspired by science like I was, then you will naturally see what I see and you will naturally want to know more.

Why this sudden, 180-degree shift?

First of all, we were ready.

Plus, the way I see it, health and fitness is an ever shifting, ever refining learning process.

Secondly, the scientific evidence for plant-based eating is so convincing.

This solid information is what changed me.
